Movie question. . .25 years ago. . .?

I remember seeing a movie when I was about 5 years old about three orphaned children. I remember a supernatural or robot nanny helping them. I specifically remember the nanny shooting juice from her fingertips. I also remember the children brushing their teeth with their fingers because they didn’t have toothbrushes. Any ideas?

I’m sure it was on tv at one point because we didn’t go to the movies very often.

I remember seeing a movie on TV (maybe HBO or Disney Channel) when I was a kid (20 or so years ago) and I CANNOT remember what it was. I can only remember a little so bear with me. I remember that it began with children picking out different features of what would be their new robot nanny then, some time later, the robot is delivered to their home by parachute drop. Other than that, the only thing I remember is that the robot could dispense milk and juice from her fingertips. I know it sounds crazy, but my sister and I both remember only these obscure parts of this movie and it is making us crazy to not be able to remember it. Many thanks to any hints to finding it!
