Anyone know of a movie with a robot grandma/nanny from the 80′s?

When I was young my friend and I rented a movie about this family that had a robot for a nanny or grandma or something of the sort. The only part of the movie I remember is the nanny being lifted in a box by a helicopter and the kids were sad. Not knowing the name of this movie has drove me absolutely nuts over the years!!! You know how it is, like having a song stuck in your head and not knowing the name of it!

Yes It was called the “Electric Grandma” or something like that… I definitely remember it because the grandma had white hair and a bun and they plugged her in when she sat in her rocking chair! Gosh, am I showing my age????

It was called THE ELECTRIC GRANDMOTHER and it was a Bradbury story. Since it was by Bradbury it was redone on Ra Bradbury theater and I believe it was also done on the old Twilight Zone.
