I am stuck…what was this movie?

I remember seeing a movie on TV (maybe HBO or Disney Channel) when I was a kid (20 or so years ago) and I CANNOT remember what it was. I can only remember a little so bear with me. I remember that it began with children picking out different features of what would be their new robot nanny then, some time later, the robot is delivered to their home by parachute drop. Other than that, the only thing I remember is that the robot could dispense milk and juice from her fingertips. I know it sounds crazy, but my sister and I both remember only these obscure parts of this movie and it is making us crazy to not be able to remember it. Many thanks to any hints to finding it!

I don’t remember the name but I think it might be a disney movie? it’s very old, I remember seeing it as a child. but if I remember correctly the robot is bought for a family and the girl of the family hates her..in one scene she unplugs the robot/android from the wall while it’s charging…but that’s all I can remember. Can anyone help?
